Valley Vista Homes has a one-year warranty on materials and workmanship. A two-year limited warranty on defects in the electrical, plumbing, heating, cooking, venting and mechanical systems. And, a ten-year structural warranty that covers major structural defects.
The deposit shall be paid directly to the title company within 3 days of signing the purchase contract.
